Equipment introduction:
There are models with different production capacities to meet the production needs of different scales. When the equipment is working, the distribution chamber is connected to the crushing chamber. High-pressure airflow enters the distribution chamber through the inlet. Under the action of its own pressure, the airflow forcibly passes through the airflow nozzle, generating an airflow speed of several hundred to thousands of meters per second. The materials to be crushed are accelerated to supersonic speed through the Venturi nozzle and then enter the crushing chamber. Under the drive of high-speed swirling flow, the materials move in a circular motion. The particles collide, impact and rub against each other and the inner wall of the machine, and are crushed. Coarse particles are thrown to the periphery of the crushing chamber due to centrifugal force for circular crushing, and fine particles enter the cyclone separator under the action of centrifugal airflow and are collected.
Characteristics:
Relatively simple structure, convenient operation and low cost; able to handle a variety of materials and has strong adaptability to materials; high crushing efficiency and can achieve ultrafine crushing of materials; but the energy utilization rate is relatively low, and part of the energy will be lost during the crushing process.
