Equipment introduction:
Different manufacturers will name and distinguish models according to factors such as their production capacity and equipment size. The raw materials are added to the crushing chamber through the Venturi nozzle. The high-pressure airflow is injected into the runway-shaped circulating tube crushing chamber with unequal diameters and variable curvatures through a group of nozzles to accelerate the particles and make them impact, collide and rub against each other for crushing. At the same time, the swirling flow also drives the crushed particles to enter the grading area along the pipeline. Under the action of the centrifugal force field in the grading area, the dense material flow is diverted. The fine particles are discharged after being graded by the louver-type inertial classifier in the inner layer, and the coarse particles return along the downcomer in the outer layer for continuous cyclic crushing.

It has a higher energy utilization rate and can fully utilize the energy of the airflow for material crushing; it can realize multiple cyclic crushing of materials, improving crushing efficiency and product fineness; the equipment has better wear resistance and is suitable for crushing materials with higher hardness; however, the equipment has a larger volume, a larger floor area, and a higher investment cost.
