High energy ball mill: impact, mechanical activation, wear-resistant, stirred type, planetary type, vibration
Introduction: Ball mills can be divided into two categories: ordinary ball mills and high-energy ball mills. Commonly used high-energy ball mills include three types: stirred type, planetary type, and vibration type.
The stirred high-energy ball mill generates impact, friction, and shear effects by agitating the grinding medium with a stirrer to crush the material.
The planetary high-energy ball mill is equipped with several ball mill jars that revolve around the circumference of the rotating disk and also rotate at high speed on their own axes. The grinding balls in the ball mill jar form a great high-frequency impact and friction on the material under the action of inertia force for rapid fine grinding.
The vibration high-energy ball mill uses the grinding medium to impact, friction, shear, and other actions on the material in a cylinder that performs high-frequency vibration to crush the material. The following is an introduction to several high-energy ball mills respectively.
Application fields: Widely applicable in fields such as ceramics, non-metallic minerals, pigments, electronics, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, new materials, food, and pharmaceuticals.
