Fine crushing airflow classification system

Working principle:

By means of the rotating flow field formed by the high-speed rotor, particles are separated according to different sizes and form regular distributions. Materials enter the grading area in the gas-solid two-phase flow. Driven by the wind force, they enter the blade gap of the high-speed rotor. Coarse particles are thrown out of the grading area under the action of centrifugal force and fall along the wall of the container. Secondary air further disperses the fine powder mixed or adhered to the coarse powder and enters the grading area again for grading. Fine particles pass through the grading area with the airflow and enter the cyclone separator and bag filter as products for collection.

It can separate particles in the micron scale range where ordinary sieves are difficult to work. Our grading technology has the advantages of wide application range, high grading precision and efficiency.

System composition:

It mainly consists of control device, raw material bin, feeding device, classifier main unit, cyclone separator, bag filter, fan and other auxiliary equipment.

Main uses:

It can be combined with various crushing equipment (such as air jet mill, ball mill, Raymond mill, vibration mill, etc.) to form a closed-circuit crushing system and select the fine powder in the system in time to improve the grinding efficiency. (2) Remove overly fine or overly coarse particles in powder materials and control the particle size distribution of products to meet the needs of subsequent products. For example: non-metallic minerals such as heavy calcium carbonate, talc and kaolin, silicon carbide micro powder abrasive, ultrafine slag, graphite micro powder, separation of flour;protein;plastic powder, etc.
