Photocatalytic oxygen waste gas purifier: purification, environmental protection, gas, degradation
Working principle
1. This product uses a specially made high-energy light beam to irradiate malodorous gases and crack them. For example, it can crack the molecular chain structures of ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methanethiol, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, and styrene, sulfides H2S, VOCs, benzene, toluene, and xylene. Under the irradiation of high-energy ultraviolet light beams, organic or inorganic polymer malodorous compound molecular chains are degraded and transformed into low-molecular compounds such as CO2 and H2O.
2. The high-energy and high-ozone UV ultraviolet light beam decomposes oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, that is, active oxygen. Since the positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen are unbalanced, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to further generate ozone. UV + O2 → O- + O* (active oxygen), O + O2 → O3 (ozone). As we all know, ozone has an extremely strong oxidation effect on organic substances and has an immediate removal effect on malodorous gases and other irritating odors.
3. After the malodorous gas is input into this purification equipment by the exhaust equipment, the purification equipment uses high-energy C-wave light beams and ozone to carry out a synergistic decomposition and oxidation reaction on the malodorous gas, so that the malodorous gas substance is degraded and transformed into low-molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, and then discharged outdoors through the exhaust duct.
