Can be used for the purification treatment of waste gases (mixed waste gases such as benzene, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, esters, phenols, ethers, alkanes, etc.); Exhaust gas purification for industries such as wires, cables, enameled wires, machinery, motors, chemicals, instruments, automobiles, bicycles, motorcycles, engines, magnetic tapes, plastics, household appliances, etc. It can be used for various drying lines such as drying tunnels, printing iron cans, surface spraying, printing ink, motor insulation treatment, leather shoe adhesives, etc., to purify the exhaust gas generated in each process.

Organic waste gas with moderate concentration (usually between 2000-5000mg/m3) undergoes low-temperature oxidation flameless combustion under the action of catalysts (precious metals such as molybdenum, platinum, palladium, etc.), oxidizing organic components into CO2 and H2O products.

The characteristics of catalytic combustion method: flameless combustion is easy to control, and the combustion control temperature is relatively low (between 250-300 ℃). External heating consumes less energy, and different forms of catalysts and combustion processes must be selected for different exhaust gas components.

The gas entering the catalytic combustion device must be filtered and preheated to reach the ignition temperature of the catalyst (between 220-250 ℃), remove catalytic inhibitors such as dust particles and droplets, and avoid blockage of the catalytic bed and poisoning and failure of the catalyst.

Low energy consumption: The catalytic combustion chamber uses precious metal catalysts with honeycomb ceramic like carriers, which have low resistance and high activity. When the concentration of exhaust gas vapor exceeds 2000ppm, spontaneous combustion can be maintained.

Safe and reliable: The equipment is equipped with a flame retardant dust removal system, explosion-proof pressure relief system, over temperature alarm system, and advanced self-control system.

Low resistance and high purification rate: using advanced precious metal honeycomb ceramic carrier catalysts with a large specific surface area.

Waste heat can be reused: Waste heat can be returned to the drying channel to reduce power consumption in the original drying channel, and can also be used as a heat source for other purposes.

Small footprint: only 70% to 80% of similar products in the same industry, and there are no special requirements for equipment foundation.

Long service life: Catalysts are generally replaced after 8000 hours, and the carrier is renewable.
