BS series humidifying mixer consists of drum and frame,suitable for 0-5mm granules and capacity can be up to 250t/h.It makes sand with certain moisture content by controling water flow system.Evenly mixing of sand and moisture promises the sand quality will not be changed in stockage and transporation.
This equipment has the advantages of smooth operation,simple maintenance,extensive application,good humidification effect and environmental friendly.The equipment is equipped with humidifcation and water spraying system to ensure even water spraying and adjust the water supply to meet the needs so as to control the humidity of finished products to meet the requirements of various material application.It also solves the problem of dust raising in the process of production and flow.
