The SHR series high-speed mixer is mainly used in processes such as mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin, coloring and drying of polyethylene and polypropylene particles, drying of hygroscopic resins such as ABS and polycarbonate before molding and processing, and mixing of phenolic resin. It is one of the essential equipment for plastic processing plants and also has extensive uses in industries such as rubber, pharmaceuticals, and dyeing. Due to its advantages of fast mixing, uniform mixture, good absorption of additives by resin, convenient machine operation, easy cleaning, durability, and compact structure, it has gradually replaced low-speed mixers and is widely used in the production of various plastic industries.
The high-speed mixer is a vertical mixer with characteristics of simple and compact structure, uniform mixing, high efficiency, small floor area, and low power consumption.
