The technical process:
the feedstock is fed into the gasifier through the feeding system to have pyrolysis and gasification reaction with the small volume of air entering from the bottom of the gasifier. The energy generate can help sustain the stable reaction within and convert the feedstock into fuel gas and semicoke. The fuel gas generated will be collected through the cyclone separator for utilization in the following step. The large amount of semicoke which is not fully reacted will be carried outside of the gasifier and resent to the gasifier by the return feeder for further reaction after separation through the primary cyclone separator. The ash unseparated by the primary cyclone separator will be captured by the secondary cyclone separator and bag filter and discharged through the ash discharger system. The sound gasification condition and stay time of feedstock inside the gasifier can be ensured as we have a scientific design on the gasifier diameter, height and ancillaries. So the feedstock is transformed into the fuel gas we need in an efficient way.
